BurgerIM in Natomas has Closed

The BurgerIM in Natomas appears to be shuttered permanently.

According to leasing documents now available for the Natomas Town Center shopping center, the 2,640 square-foot space previously occupied by BurgerIM is vacant and available to rent.

BurgerIM located in the North Natomas Town Center at 2731 Del Paso Road has had a handwritten “Temporarily Closed” sign posted in the window since at least Dec. 20, according to a review posted on Yelp. The local franchise sent a coupon mailer last month to Natomas-area residents.

The shopping center’s management Lewis Management Corp. posted a “Ten Day Pay or Quit” on Dec. 23, 2019, according to documents found posted on the BurgerIM entrance. The location is in arrears $11,000 for management fees and rent, the documents read.

The BurgerIM franchise in Natomas is held by “Tiana’s Small Bites Inc.”  and opened in the summer of 2018. The lease was signed in the 2017 and modified in May 2018, just prior to opening.

BurgerIM is headquartered in Encino, CA. Since this article was first posted online the Natomas location has been removed From the franchise website.
