Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 22:

16-020951 (Robbery): 1600 block of Kathleen Ave at 0146 hours.
The victim cab driver picked up two male subjects to take them to the above area. Once they arrived at the destination, the suspects assaulted the victim and stole cash. The suspects fled on foot prior to officers arriving on scene. No injuries were reported. Officers checked the area for the suspects. The investigation remains active.

Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 21:

16-018782 (Domestic Violence): 3300 block of Holly Branch Ct at 0101 hours.
Officers responded to the call of a domestic dispute. The suspect fled prior to officers arriving on scene. The suspect was later located at a separate address and arrested for multiple charges.


16-018889 (Missing Person): 3600 block of Sardinia Island Way at 0712 hours.
Officers responded to the report of a missing 15-year-old who left her residence following an argument. Officers checked multiple locations for the missing person. A report was generated.


16-019433 (Theft): 3400 block of Northgate Blvd at 1607 hours.
Officers responded to the report of a theft incident. The suspect entered the business, stole merchandise items and fled without attempting to pay. When officers arrived on scene, they attempted to contact the suspect and a foot pursuit ensued. After a short distance, the man was safely detained and booked into the Sacramento County main jail.


16-019790 (DUI): Northgate Blvd / San Juan Rd at 2314 hours.
Officers were patrolling in the above area when they stopped a subject driving a vehicle in violation of an infraction. When officers contacted the driver, he appeared intoxicated. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 20:

16-017663 (DUI): Rick Heinrich Cir./Jim Casebolt Way at 0003 hours.
Officers were patrolling in the above area when they observed a subject driving a vehicle recklessly. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver who appeared to be under the influence. After a series of field sobriety tests, the driver was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.


16-017776 (Car-jacking): 1700 block of Teralba Way at 0521 hours.
The victim was at his residence when he was approached by a man armed with a handgun. The suspect stole the victim’s vehicle that was parked in his driveway. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was located unoccupied several blocks away. The investigation remains active.


16-018324 (Assault): 3300 block of Duckhorn Dr at 1534 hours.
The victim was in the above area when he was approached by a male suspect who assaulted him. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury. The suspect fled on a bicycle prior to officers arriving on scene. A report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 19:

16-016700 (Welfare Check): 3200 block of Azevedo Dr at 0332 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a welfare check. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a child had been left unattended and unharmed inside of an apartment. Officers attempted to contact family members of the child with no success. CPS was notified and the child was placed in protective custody. A report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 18:

16-015788 (Ringing Alarm): 4600 block of Natomas Blvd at 0133 hours.
An officer responded to the location regarding a report of a ringing alarm and determined that the business had been burglarized. A report was generated.


16-015899 (Suspicious Subject): 2700 block of Del Paso Rd at 0834 hours.
Officers made contact with a suspicious woman in the area who displayed erratic behavior. Upon contact, the woman became combative and was detained. She was arrested as a result.


16-016291 (Domestic Violence): 2400 block of Albatross Way at 1645 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of domestic violence and determined that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend. The man was arrested as a result.


16-016554 (Robbery): 100 block of Bellows Pond Pl at 2228 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a robbery. The victims were walking in the area when they were confronted by multiple unknown suspects who took their property after displaying a handgun, assaulted one of the victims and fled in an unknown vehicle from the area prior to police arrival. Follow was conducted and a report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 17:

16-015046 (DUI): Park Place Dr / Natomas Blvd at 0225 hours.
An officer stopped a vehicle in the area and made contact with the driver who was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI.


16-015431 (Vehicle Accident): San Juan Rd / Zenobia Way at 1657 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a vehicle accident with minor injuries. Officers determined vehicles had collided near the intersection causing one vehicle to strike a power pole. A report was generated.


16-015664 (Burglary ): 200 block of Odell Cir at 2150 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of a burglary and determined that property had been taken from the home. A report was generated and follow-up will be conducted.
