Incidents are from shifts starting August 30, 2014:

14-244145 (Accident): Del Paso Blvd / Northgate Blvd at 8:25 p.m.
Officers responded to a vehicle that went off the roadway. The accident started a fire in the grass area. Fire responded and extinguished the fire and the driver was transported to the hospital for her injuries. Police are investigating possible DUI.


14-244387 (Bait Bike Arrest): 2500 block of New Market Dr at 10:47 p.m.
A bait bike activation was received and the suspect, Nathan Moffett, was stopped within minutes. Moffett, 19, was arrested and booked for the theft.

Incidents are from shifts starting August 28, 2014:

14-241516 (Arrest): 2200 block of Northgate Blvd at 1:53 p.m.
Officers responded to a disturbance involving two groups in an argument and a report of one subject armed with a gun. The armed subject reportedly fired the gun in the air as he was fleeing in a vehicle. Officers quickly arrived and located the fleeing suspect vehicle. The officer believed to have observed objects being thrown from the car. The two occupants of the car were safely detained by responding officers. A gun, which was thrown from the vehicle, was recovered by officers. The firearm was discovered to have been stolen property and the two were booked for multiple charges to include weapons violations and reckless discharged of a firearm.
