Cops Seek Natomas Assault Suspect

The Sacramento Police Department has released a composite sketch of a man who robbed a hotel and sexually assaulted the clerk last week in Natomas.
On April 22 at 4:45 a.m., the suspect called the Homestead Studio Suites, located in the 2800 block of Gateway Oaks Drive, requesting to rent a room. The victim opened the door for the suspect and let him in.
Both the suspect and the victim approached the counter where the suspect produced a gun and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect led the victim to a back room where he sexually assaulted her. The suspect fled with cash, on foot.

The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, 5-feet 11-inches to 6-feet 2-inches tall, with a solid build, wearing a black baseball hat, a black thermal type shirt, and black pants with a red and yellow design on the rear pocket. He was armed with a gun.
