Hands and Feet Homework Club, an outreach program of The Gathering Church, serves residents of low-income apartment complexes Mondays through Fridays from 3:15 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This free program offers homework help, snack, math facts practice, reading intervention, and fun activities — games, arts and crafts, cooking, etc. Participants currently range in age from 4 through 13 years.
We welcome volunteers who are willing to share Christ’s love with the children and their families through mentoring, community building, and service; background checks are required of all adult volunteers. Donations are always welcome.
