There will be a Neighborhood Watch meeting 6:30 to 8 p.m. tonight, Jan. 31 at Regency Park Elementary School, 5901 Bridgecross Drive.
The meeting will be held at the school’s Library Media Center for residents of Alvoca Way and Buckwood Way in Regency Park, who are working to form a new Neighborhood Watch.
Sacramento police officer Kurt McCray will be giving a presentation on what the Watch is about and how to make the neighborhood a safer place.
Another Neighborhood Watch meeting for those who live or own property on Jerry Litell, Pop Becker, Erskin Fish, William Bird, John Runge, Gene McKnight and the East side of Honor Pkwy from Jerry Litell to William Bird (even addresses from 5516-5592 Honor Pkwy) is scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5.
