Incidents are from shifts starting Oct. 3, 2015:

15-285241 (Vehicle Collision): 600 block of W El Camino Ave at 0400 hours.
Officers responded to the call of a ringing alarm. When officers arrived on scene, it was determined a vehicle struck the closed business. The driver fled prior to officers arriving. The investigation is ongoing.

15-284023 (Shooting): 4500 block of Natomas Central Dr at 0004 hours.
Officers responded to the call of gunshots heard in the above area. When officers arrived on scene, they located a male adult victim who had sustained a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive. The investigation remains active.


15-284330 (Robbery): 1000 block of Regatta Dr at 1103 hours.
Officers responded to the report of a robbery. The victim was in the area when she was approached by a male subject armed with a handgun. The suspect stole property from the victim and fled in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. Officers checked the area for the suspect, but were unable to locate him. The investigation is ongoing.

Incidents are from shifts starting Oct. 1, 2015:

15-283614 (Pursuit): 2500 block of Northgate Blvd at 1636 hours.
Officers responded to the call of a robbery in progress. The suspect entered the business armed with a firearm, stole miscellaneous items and fled in a vehicle. Officers quickly arrived on scene as the suspect was leaving the area. When officers initiated a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle, a pursuit ensued. A short time later, the suspect stopped the vehicle and surrendered. He was safely detained and ultimately arrested for multiple charges.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 30, 2015:

15-282972 (Family Disturbance): 4400 block of Gateway Park Blvd at 2242 hours.
Officers responded to the report of a disturbance. A family member was picking up children from the residence when one of the children was assaulted. No injuries were reported. After further investigation, the suspect was booked into the Sacramento County main jail for multiple charges.

    “A short time later” was 25 minutes later and the chase went along Garden Highway at speeds of up to 100 MPH and ended in Yuba City!!
