Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 7, 2015:
15-258784 (Stolen Vehicle): W El Camino Ave / Truxel Rd at 1235 hours.
An officer stopped a stolen vehicle in the area and detained the driver. The man was arrested for vehicle theft.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 6, 2015:

15-257802 (Assault): 200 block of Picasso Cir at 1230 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of an assault. Officers determined that the suspect had assaulted a family member and fled from the area. The man was later located, detained, and found in possession of drugs. He was arrested for battery and drug possession.


15-258203 (Missing Person Located): 2800 block of Primo Way at 2041 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of a missing person. Officers determined that the subject had left location after a verbal altercation. After checking the area, the woman was safely located and returned home.


15-258308 (Theft): Honor Pkwy / Bill Bean Cir at 2240 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a theft. Three unknown suspects had reportedly taken the victim’s property and fled on foot. Officers detained two juveniles believed to be associated with the theft in the area. Both of the subjects were arrested on unrelated charges and a report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 5, 2015:

15-257302 (Disturbance): 5600 block of Erskin Fish Way at 2202 hours.
A subject residing down the street from the above location noticed a young female screaming and retreating away from a large Pit-bull. He quickly drove his car down to help when the dog turned on him and started to attack. At some point, the man pointed a gun at the dog and pulled the trigger. The dog ran off and could not be located by responding officers or animal control. There was no evidence indicating that the dog was struck or injured.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 4, 2015:

15-255358 (Traffic Stop): Northgate Blvd / Bowman Ave at 0456 hours.
Officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation and eventually located a truck that was believed to be related to shots that were fired in the area. No injuries were reported and a search of the truck revealed a loaded handgun. Two occupants were detained and a third passenger who fled from the vehicle during the stop was unable to be located. The two occupants were booked for a weapon violation and possession of narcotics.


15-256183 (Burglary): 2200 block of Atrisco Cir at 2058 hours.
Officers responded to the call of a burglary in progress. The victim was inside the residence when an unknown suspect entered the home through a window. The suspect fled prior to officers arriving on scene. Officers checked the area for the suspect. A report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 3, 2015:

15-255195 (Assault): 2300 block of American Ave at 2253 hours.
Officers responded to the above area regarding a subject with a non-life threatening gunshot injury. The victim was walking when a vehicle drove up to him and engaged him in a brief conversation. An occupant of the car then fired a gun towards the adult victim, striking him in the upper body. The suspect vehicle is described as an older dark colored sedan.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 2, 2015:

15-253603 (Robbery): 3601 N Freeway Blvd at 1503 hours.
Officers responded to a subject who threatened security when confronted for shoplifting. The subject was contacted by officers and ultimately taken into custody.


15-254052 (Reckless Driver): E Commerce Way / Amelia Earhart Ave at 2229 hours.
Officers responded to a report of multiple vehicle driving recklessly in the area. Two vehicles were detained with the assistance of an air unit. Both cars were towed and their drivers were cited.
