Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 28, 2014:

14-274457 (Robbery): 3200 block of Northgate Blvd at 7:55 p.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a robbery. The suspect, described as a male adult, 40s, entered the business, displayed a handgun, demanded money, and fled on foot. Officers checked the area, but did not locate the suspect. A report was generated.


14-274605 (Welfare Check): 2900 block of Advantage Way at 11:34 p.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a welfare check of a despondent subject and determined that she attempted to harm herself. She was safely detained and the fire department arrived on scene and transported her to an area hospital for treatment.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 27, 2014:

14-273073 (Medical Aid): 2900 block of Advantage Way at 1:57 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a deceased subject with self-inflicted injuries. No signs of foul play and nothing appeared suspicious.


14-273303 (Assault): 2200 block of Northview Dr at 5:53 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a fight between two families that stemmed from an initial fight between two children. Officers investigated and found that during the large fight, one adult subject was hit with a bat. The victim sustained visible injuries, however was not transported to the hospital. The incident was documented in a report.


14-273665 (Subject Stop): Truxel Rd / Waterwheel Dr at 11:35 p.m.
Officers attempted to contact a subject who then ran from them. The subject was chased and caught by the officer. The man was arrested for fleeing and for violation of probation.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 26, 2014:

14-272540 (Pursuit): Del Paso Rd / Town Center Dr at 10:38 p.m.
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle took off at a high rate of speed, the pursuit was ultimately terminated and the vehicle was not found.


14-272215 (Distrubance): 3500 block of Truxel Rd at 5:18 p.m.
Officers responded to a call of a subject that was intoxicated and causing a disturbance at a movie theater. The subject was contacted, identified and arrested for violation of patrol and giving officers a false name.


14-272602 (Accident): N Market Blvd / Northgate Blvd at 11:38 p.m.
Officers responded along with CHP on a report of a hit and run accident involving four vehicles. CHP is investigating.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 25, 2014:

14-271577 (DUI): Truxel Rd / Garden Hwy at 1:54 a.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a vehicle vs. bicycle collision with minor injuries. Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle, who had run into the cyclist and a pole at the location. He was arrested for suspicion of DUI.


14-270871 (Theft): 3200 block of Arena Blvd at 12:42 p.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of theft. The suspect attempted to cash a stolen check and was arrested as a result.


14-270805 (Suspicious Circumstances): 2900 block of Advantage Way at 11:12 a.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, officers discovered a broken window and a possible bullet hole that was located in a room door at the location, but did not find any other circumstances surrounding the hole. A report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 24, 2014:

14-269899 (Outside Agency Assist): 2600 block of Gateway Oaks Dr at 12:47 p.m.
Officers responded to assist an outside agency regarding a report of a missing adult. The MP’s vehicle was located and nothing suspicious was observed.


14-270572 (Burglary): 4700 block of Natomas Blvd at 2:36 a.m.
Officers responded to a burglary alarm at a closed business. Signs of forced entry were observed and property was taken. A burglary report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 23, 2014:

14-268774 (Disturbance): 3700 block of Northgate Blvd at 9:42 a.m.
Officers were called to the motel for a disturbance. The two subjects were contacted and officers investigated both of their accounts of the argument. The male half was found to have provided a false name and ultimately arrested for having an active felony warrant.


14-269530 (Assault): Garden Hwy / Northgate Blvd at 1:13 a.m.
A victim called into dispatch reporting that he had been assaulted a few hours earlier by another subject that lives by the bridge. Then incident occurred when the suspect approached the victim and asked him for an object in which the victim refused. The suspect then struck the victim with an unknown object. Suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, 5’10”, thin build, white warm up jackt and black basketball type shorts.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 22, 2014:

14-268339 (Missing Person): 2000 block of W El Camino Ave at 8:41 p.m.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a missing person and determined that a juvenile had run away from her residence. Officers checked the area for the subject, but she was not located. A report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 21, 2014:

14-267053 (Robbery): 1700 block of Challenge Way at 3:10 p.m.
Officers responded to the area regarding a report of a robbery. Officers determined that two suspects approached the victim near a bus stop, pushed him down, took his back pack, and fled the area on foot. The victim sustained non life-threatening injuries to his head after being pushed and he was treated at an area hospital. The suspects were described as two male black adults, 20s. A report was generated.


14-266810 (Assault): 700 block of Northfield Dr at 8:51 a.m.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of subject who had assaulted his juvenile son after a verbal altercation. The suspect was arrested for child endangerment.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 20, 2014:

14-265933 (Protective Custody): 2000 block of W El Camino Ave at 2:11 p.m.
Officers responded to a hospital to investigate an accidental overdose of a 4-year-old boy. Family was contacted, CPS notified and the other six siblings in the family were placed into protective custody. The 4-year-old is at UCD hospital.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 19, 2014:

14-264737 (Assault): 1400 block of Brewerton Dr at 1:19 p.m.
Officers responded to an assault that appears to be related to an ongoing dispute between neighbors. One of the involved parties was physically assaulted and sustained an injury from either being struck with an object or grazed with a bullet. The victim did not require medical treatment at the hospital and the investigation is ongoing.


14-265134 (Outside Agency Assist): 1000 block of Garden Hwy at 7:19 p.m.
An outside agency requested emergency assistance and officers rushed to the area. It was determined that a Park Ranger had contacted a subject in the area who swung a glass bottle, nearly missing the Ranger. A foot pursuit ensued and the suspect was safely detained and arrested for assault. The ranger was not injured.


14-265260 (Attempt Robbery): Northgate Blvd / San Juan Rd at 9:15 p.m.
A group of subjects on bicycles were approaching victims in the area and threatening theft and assault on them – causing a disturbance and fear to the victims. Officers in the area came upon the subjects who immediately fled from police. One of the individuals was caught by the pursuing officers and arrested for attempt robbery. The area was extensively searched for the remaining suspects with negative results.


14-265476 (Burglary): 3200 block of Truxel Rd at 11:55 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress. The victim heard noises coming from her bedroom and came upon the suspect inside her home when she went to investigate the sounds. The suspect immediately fled out the window she had gained entry through. Officers rapidly followed up with evidence at the scene and were able to contact and arrest the female suspect for burglary.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 18, 2014:

14-263757 (Assault): 1400 block of Brewerton Dr at 2:31 p.m.
Officers responded to a disturbance involving multiple subjects involved in a physical altercation. The disturbance was broken up by responding officers and the incident was documented. No arrests were made at this time.


14-263925 (Robbery): 1500 block of W El Camino Ave at 5:22 p.m.
The victim was approached by the suspect who demanded her purse. The victim complied and no injuries were reported. The suspects fled in the vehicle in which they arrived in.


14-264270 (Robbery): 2300 block of Sandcastle Way at 12:45 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The specific details of the robbery incident were not immediately clear and the victim was ultimately arrested for possession of two stolen firearms.


14-264308 (Burglary): 1800 block of Volti Way at 2:20 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary after the homeowner returned to find signs of forced entry into his home. Property was determined to have been taken and a report was generated.

14-262602 (Burglary): 100 block of Allaire Cir at 1:06 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence regarding a report of a burglary. Officers determined that property had been taken from the residence and a report was generated.


14-262671 (Burglary): 3300 block of Zenobia Way at 2:27 p.m.
Officers responded to a residential burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who indicated that the suspect fled on foot after taking property from the residence. The suspect was unable to be located described as a black male adult, 20s. A report was generated.


14-263006 (Domestic Disturbance): 1000 block of Garden Hwy at 7:54 p.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of domestic violence. Officers determined that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend who sustained minor injuries. After a brief struggle, officers were able to arrest the suspect for domestic violence and resisting arrest.


14-262762 (Dispute): 200 block of San Juan Rd at 3:49 p.m.
Officers responded to the area regarding a disturbance. Officers determined that two women had engaged in a verbal altercation over an unpaid taxi fare. Officers made contact with one of the women, determined that she had a warrant, and she was arrested.

14-260022 (stolen vehilce): San Juan/Truxel at 2:41 p.m.
Officers located and stopped a stolen vehicle. One of the two occupants was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.


14-261017 (MP): 3200 block of Northstead Dr at 8:59 p.m.
Officers responded to a missing person’s report of a 13-year-old. The officers conducted an investigation and the juvenile was entered into the missing person’s system.
