“Frankie’s Warriors” participated in the 2013 Walk Now for Autism Speaks Oct. 6 at Raley Field.

Members of the team live in Natomas and walk for family member Frankie who was diagnosed with autism at age 4. Frankie, now 10, is described by his godmother and aunt Miriam Garcia as “an awesome, self-taught artist.”

“We couldn’t be prouder of him,” added Garcia, who said the family has walked every year since the event was first held in Sacramento in 2008.autismwalk13cautismwalk13d
