Natomas High School wrestler Jordan Sepeda finished seventh at the 2013 FloNationals over the weekend to earn all-American honors.

Sepeda defeated Franklyn Lantigua of Osceola, Florida 5-2 in the seventh place match.

FloNationals is an annual tournament held at Indiana University of Pennsylvania which features more than 1,700 of the nation’s top-ranked high school wrestlers.

The Natomas High senior was one of only 14 California wrestlers to place at the tournament and the lone wrestler representing the Sacramento area.

Sepeda won his second Sac Joaquin Section title and finished sixth in the state at 220-pounds in March. He finished his high school wrestling career with two section Master’s titles, one Division III title and was a four-time Tri-County Conference league champion.

Sepeda won his first section title as a high school sophomore at 189 pounds.
