Student On The Street: Resolutions

THE NATOMAS BUZZ | @natomasbuzz

We asked students at Natomas-area high schools: What are your New Year’s resolutions?

Maya Hernandez, 17, Natomas High senior
“I don’t have any New Year’s resolutions because I don’t like thinking about time in terms of years or clocks. I’d like to think of January 1st as the start of a new day and that will be enough.”

Corey Nguyen, 16, NP3 junior
“My New Year’s resolution is to make someone’s day at least once a week.”
Natasha Woosley, 17, Natomas High senior
“My New Year’s resolution is to stop procrastinating.”

Shelly Palsingh, 17, NP3 senior
“For my resolution, I’m going to try to not procrastinate on my resolution of not procrastinating.”

Cecelia Perez, 16, Natomas High junior
My New Year’s resolutions are to stop procrastinating on my school work and to worker harder for my grades next semester.

Carlena Kitley, 18, NP3 senior
“My resolution would be to form better health habits; both diet and exercise.”

Justin Phung, 17, Natomas High junior
‘My New Year’s resolutions are to get my body in shape for senior trip and to get accepted into a college of my choice.’
