Two Volunteer Drives Kick Off

Two noteworthy charity events kick off this month in Natomas.

Stanford Settlement will hold a Volunteer Kick-off for the 2013 May Day Run 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at Sanford Settlement, 450 W. El Camino Ave.

The North Natomas TMA is also launching a new event this year, 50 Bikes for 50 Kids! Volunteers are needed for this event which will take place Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, Martin Luther King Jr. Day and National Day of Service.
