Linens, alarm clock, cleaning and office supplies—a few of the items on the recommended shopping list at Project Dream’s third annual College Bound Shopping Spree.

29 recent Twin Rivers graduates will shop for $300 in dorm supplies with a favorite teacher, coach, counselor or staff member. All of these students participated in the College Bound 101 class this past spring to understand the basics of college housing, securing financial aid and making the emotional transition to college. They have also overcome a variety of family, socioeconomic, and societal challenges on their way to qualifying for college.

All College Bound scholarship recipients are eligible to receive an additional $100 gift card if they send in their first semester grades to confirm that they have made the transition to college and are making progress towards their academic goals.
