Kudos to Natomas’ own Deb Ray who won “Best of Division, Best of Class – 1st Place Confections – Any Other Candy” for her sweet and savory Bacon Caramels at the 2012 California State Fair. The winning entry, pictured here, was on display during the fair July 12-29.
