Police Seek Help IDing Burglary Suspects

The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a group of suspects wanted in a series of robberies and one burglary, including an incident that occurred in Natomas.

  • On June 28 at about 3:19 p.m. near 65th Street and 14th Avenue, a group of subjects committed a strong arm-robbery at a fireworks stand.
  • On June 28 at about 3:22 p.m. near 65th Street and Fruitridge Road, a group of subjects committed a second strong-arm robbery at a fireworks stand.
  • On June 29 at about 4:10 p.m. near I-80 and Truxel Road, a group of subjects committed a burglary at a local business. The suspects loaded five 42″ flat screen TVs into a cart, pushed the cart out a fire exit, and fled in an awaiting van.
  • On July 13 at about 11 a.m. near Stockton Boulevard and 47th Avenue a woman was assaulted and robbed of her purse while walking to her car.

One suspect vehicle has reportedly been used in all four crimes. The vehicle is a stolen, white, Dodge Caravan with a CA plate 4PTF462, but that plate has most likely been replaced and information  on the new partial license plate numbers are CA 6M_ _ _21, as seen in the photo.

The suspects in all four incidents are described as three or four black male adults, 18-25 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches to 6 feet tall, and weighing between170-220 pounds. One suspect had a shaved head and another had short dreadlocks, as seen in the photos.

Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
