Representatives from the Gardenland Northgate Neighborhood Association, city Councilman Steve Cohn’s office, Natomas Chamber of Commerce, Natomas Community Association and University of Phoenix were on hand Saturday to trim the tree at the South Natomas Community Center.
The 8th annual holiday tree lighting ceremony is set for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30 and will include performances by local school groups and musicians as well as refreshments. The South Natomas Community Center is located at 2921 Truxel Road in Natomas.
