The Natomas Crime & Safety Leadership Team last night bade Sac police Capt. Daniel Hahn farewell and welcomed incoming Capt. Jim Maccoun. Hahn will leave his post overseeing the North Area patrol to head the police personnel department effective July 1. (Note mini donuts adorning the cake.)
