The environmentally-friendly Provence housing development was mothballed here in Natomas?
Well, now the empty model homes located on East Commerce and Benefit Way are available to rent, according to property manager Gloria Thomas.
The two-bedroom units rent for $1,350 per month and the three-bedroom units rent for $1,550 per month.
From the looks of things, some peeps* have already taken up residency. Too bad neither the clubhouse — nor the rest of the neighborhood — was ever finished.
*peeps = Easter candy, or slang term for “people.”
