Things To Do In Natomas This Weekend

Lots of fun and exciting things to do this weekend in Natomas:

Tonight Inderkum High Freshman Football (who are undefeated) take on River Valley in their second to last regular season home game at 6 p.m.

Friday night Inderkum High JV & Varsity Football teams take on River Valley at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. These kids are a lot of fun to watch and they sure appreciate the support – so don’t be shy – come on out… Go Tigers!

Also on Friday, Jefferson PTA is hosting its annual Halloween Carnival:

Saturday, Ray Tretheway and Friends of The Regional Park are hosting a Community Tree Planting event from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. followed by a BBQ. Meet up at Inderkum High School at 8:30 a.m. to participate in this event.

Sunday, Creekside Neighborhood Association hosts the Annual Creekside Fair in Kokomo Park from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This free family event sponsored by Lewis Planned Communities and Ray Tretheway’s office will have bounce houses, food, games, prizes, pumpkins, a costume contest, a live band, Dinger from the Rivercats, a clown, balloons and more.

With all of this fun stuff going on there are no excuses… Get out there and meet your neighbors, cheer on our students, support the neighborhood associations or plant a tree that will be in the regional park for generations to come.

Comments

  1. I wonder how much this is going to cost the taxpayers …

I see Fargo has Ray running around like a chicken with his head cut off doing community events before the election…

  2. I’m no fan of Mr. Tretheway’s, but give the guy a break — planting trees in a regional park is a great thing.
