Lights On, But No Homes

THE BUZZ noticed recently during our rounds that street lights in a couple of inactive housing projects are LIT UP during the daylight hours.

Here are a couple pictures we took of street lights in an undeveloped part of Creekside, east of Kokomo, and Natomas Meadows. These areas have streets, sidewalks, street signs and lights but, sadly, no homes. (We don’t count the abandoned models in Natomas Meadows…)

We wonder: Who is paying the electricity bill for these un-developments?
