Traffic Enforcement
Traffic Enforcement Units worked Truxel between Gateway Oaks and Arena Blvd. This team of traffic officers wrote 12 citations, arrested one (1) drunk driver, and handled five (5) non-injury accidents.
Gang Enforcement
North POP officers worked gang enforcement in the Gardenland neighborhood. The officers conducted 6 probation searches on known gang members. Two gang members were arrested as result of those searches & one (1) shotgun was seized.
Investigations Follow-up
Larry Garcia, male Hispanic 33 yrs, was arrested for the double shooting that took place at 441 West El Camino on Dec. 21, 2007. Garcia was charged with attempted murder, burglary and ex-con with a gun.
