According to a Jan. 23 press release:
Effective January 24, the Development Services Department will no longer be providing services at the North Permit Office located at 2101 Arena Boulevard.
All public counter operations are being temporarily moved to the public counter located at New City Hall, 915 I Street, 3rd Floor in Sacramento, in preparation for Development Services’ upcoming move to 300 Richards Boulevard on March 3.
Customers can utilize the Development Services Public Counter at New City Hall (915 I Street, 3rd Floor) from January 24 until February 27. Counter hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
On March 3, the Development Services Department public counter at 300 Richards will be fully operational and will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
