Comments

  1. So much for not allowing hats or putting up those walls of glass.

  2. The wall of glass is to prevent the tellers from being hurt. They still have a policy to comply with demands for money, whether or not a weapon is brandished. Why not just say no and push the panic button? I suppose they’re concerned about a customer being injured if the robber does have a weapon. Better to just give them the money so they leave. They usually don’t get away with very much so it’s not a huge loss. Cheaper than a lawsuit from another custom who gets hurt I suppose.
