The thin brick veneer at Leroy F. Greene Middle School has been removed as part of an ongoing rehabilitation project at the campus.
Natomas Unified School District officials say this process is meant to help identify the scope of work needed on the school’s exterior walls.
The district could qualify for state funding once the extent of wall damage is known.
