Natomas Cops Log – Oct. 7, 2015

Incidents are from shifts starting Oct. 6, 2015:

15-288069 (Suspicious Circumstances): 1100 block of Prego Way at 0131 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of two suspicious subjects possibly attempting to burglarize the home. A perimeter was established in the area, but the subjects were never found. Entry was not made to the residence and no property appeared to be taken.


15-288996 (Assault): 2300 block of Mossy Bank Dr at 2232 hours.
Officers responded to the report of an assault. The victim was at the residence when a known subject struck her with a blunt object causing a non-life threatening injury. Officers arrived on scene and safely detained the suspect who was ultimately arrested for assault.

Incidents are from shifts starting Oct. 5, 2015:

15-287450 (Theft): 200 block of W El Camino Ave at 1203 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a theft. The suspect reportedly attempted to sell the victim an item of property, but instead, took the victim’s money and fled. Officers quickly spotted the suspect and he was arrested for theft.
