Natomas Cops Log – Oct. 30, 2014

Incidents are from shifts starting Oct. 29, 2014:

14-303691 (Burglary): 1400 block of Brewerton Dr at 9:17 a.m.
Officers responded to a residential burglary in progress. Upon arrival it was determined that property was taken and the suspects were no longer on scene. Rapid follow up was conducted and one of the suspects believed to be involved with the burglary was taken into custody. Property from the theft was also recovered and the investigation is ongoing.


14-303811 (Suspicious Circumstances): 4600 block of Blackrock Dr at 12:05 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject that had been in the area. A student reported a subject in a white van parked and exited his vehicle as she was walking in the area. The victim immediately fled to her nearby school when the male subject made an attempt to talk to her. The suspect was described as an adult male driving a white minivan style vehicle.


14-303787 (Burglary): 2200 block of Northgate Blvd at 11:46 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary to a business. Property and money were taken from the inside of the closed business and an investigation is ongoing.
