Incidents are from shifts starting Oct. 2, 2014:

14-278510 (Robbery): W El Camino Ave / Seamist Dr at 1:32 a.m.
Units responded to a report of a robbery. The victim was walking home when she was reportedly approached by multiple “younger” subjects who physically assaulted her and took her phone. The victim did not require medical treatment and a report was generated.

14-276634 (Pursuit): 2000 block of W El Camino Ave at 7:34 a.m.
Officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop in the area. The driver of the vehicle, a known parolee, immediately fled from officers, driving recklessly, and with two of his own children in the vehicle. Officers followed the suspect, in pursuit, to a residential area where he exited the vehicle and fled on foot into his own residence with the children. Officers quickly established a perimeter and attempted to call the suspect out of the residence multiple times with limited response. Swat officers and hostage negotiators responded to the location for assistance and after an extended period of communication with the suspect, he safely surrendered to police. While at the scene, officers also made contact with three of the suspect’s children, who were found to be safe, unharmed, and were released to their mother. The suspect was arrested for child endangerment, fleeing from police, violation of parole, and other related charges.


14-277143 (Subject Stop): 800 block of San Juan Rd at 5:11 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated subject who resisted officers’ efforts to transport the man to jail for his outstanding arrest warrant. The suspect kicked officers several times and damaged the inside of a patrol vehicle. He was eventually safely booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 30, 2014:

14-276477 (Traffic Stop): Northgate Blvd / San Juan Rd at 11:51 p.m.
Officers conducted a traffic stop and the driver eventually pulled over after briefly failing to yield to officers. The man was taken into custody for multiple charges to include possession of narcotics paraphernalia, evading and driving ion a suspended license.

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 29, 2014:

14-275161 (Stolen Motorcycle): 5100 block of Dynasty Way at 3:59 p.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a stolen motorcycle. The motorcycle was located and a report was generated.
