A line snaked out into the foyer at the U.S. Post Office branch today in Natomas while customers waited to ship packages.
A recent post office mailer, see below, sent to all Natomas addresses includes mail-by dates to ensure cards and packages reach destinations in the United States by Dec. 24.
The Natomas branch is open to the public 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is located at 4401 Gateway Park Blvd. in Suite 130.
I didn’t even know we had a Natomas branch! I wonder why they always make me go to the Arden one to pick up packages…
It’s almost been open for a year in that location!

How weird! Even today they left a note saying I had to go to the Royal Oaks location to pick up a package. That’s really far to go and out of the way. I wonder why they don’t leave it in the Natomas location.
It’s probably depends where you live. The Natomas branch is not a very large facility and all delivery trucks are out of Royal Oaks, the city’s main branch.
This is not a delivery unit. Retail and wall-box services only. Royal Oaks is the delivery office for Natomas, North Sacramento and Downtown Sacramento.
