Sacramento Police caught a man in the act burglarizing the Chipolte restaurant in Natomas this morning.
At about 5:06 a.m. today police officers responded to a burglary alarm activation at 3830 Truxel Road.
When officers arrived on the scene, police said they observed signs of forced entry to closed business and established a perimeter.
Police said they saw the suspect run out of the business and officers gave chase. Police said the suspect was quickly apprehended after a short foot pursuit.
Leheun Johnson, 38, was taken into custody on suspicion for burglary and being in possession of burglary tools.
