8th Graders Return From East Coast Tour

Natomas Pacific Pathways Middle School students returned Wednesday, March 20 from a whirlwind trip to New York City and Washington, D.C.

A total of 77 8th graders and chaperones visited several historical sites in the nation’s capital including the Arlington National Cemetery, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial,  Mount Vernon, the
Holocaust Memorial Museum, Capitol Hill, the Supreme Court and more.

While in New York City, students’ stops included the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, 9/11 Memorial, Times Square, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art among others.

Their trip was March 15-20.
