The state Department of General Services auction is underway at 1700 National Drive in Natomas.
Up for sale: everything from surplus office furnishings to snow globes and pocket knives seized by National Transportation Security Administration at airports.
The state regularly holds auctions of surplus and seized items. The previous sale reportedly totalled $100,000.
