The June 30 blood drive in Natomas was a success, according to event organizers.
In all: 271 people came out to the daylong event donating 215 life-saving pints of blood – there were even 94 first-time blood donors!
The summer blood drive was hosted by BloodSource with FOX40 and 101.9 the Wolf.
