Vice Mayor Angelique Ashby participated in the Sacramento Police Sheriff’s Memorial 9th Annual Remembrance Ceremony held today, May 3 at Woodlake Park.
The Sacramento Police / Sheriff Memorial Foundation as formed to honor Sacramento police officers and sheriff’s deputies who have been killed or have died in the line of duty.
Each year the Sacramento Police / Sheriff Memorial Foundation remembers the fallen officers during a Remembrance Ceremony held in May during the California Peace Officer’s Memorial Week.
