The Sacramento Police Department seeks the community’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to two north-area robberies.

On April 2, at about 11:45 a.m., police responded to the 3600 block of Northgate Boulevard on a robbery call at a business. The suspect was described as a 30 to 40 year-old male Black adult with an athletic build, weighing approximately 220 pounds and with black paint or shoe polish on his face.

The suspect, as seen in the surveillance image above, wore a white construction hard hat, orange reflective vest, blue jeans, white and black tennis shoes and dark gloves. The suspect reportedly entered the business, brandished a pistol and took merchandise and money before fleeing the scene.

The previous month, on March 21 at about 8 p.m., a suspect similar in appearance, entered the Jack in the Box in the 4100 block of Norwood Avenue and robbed the business at gunpoint.
