The Rotary Club of Natomas presented a student-of-the-month award in December to Brian Levingston of Natomas High School.
The award is given to students who demonstrate academic achievement, extra curricular activity, and living by the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.” The recipient receives a plaque, recognition, and a $100 Savings Bond.
Levingston is the student representative on the Natomas Unified School District board of trustees and continues to be involved in Natomas High’s informal ROTC club. He also is involved in student leadership and is a member of the service club on campus.
