The Sacramento Public Library will celebrate the second anniversary of its North Natomas Library branch on Jan. 7.
Festivities will feature carnival games to win prizes, face painting, birthday cake, and a free book given to each child – while supplies last. The celebration is set for 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 4660 Via Ingoglia, off Del Paso Road.
