Natomas Host Families Sought

CIEE students Richard from Slovakia, Pureum from So. Korea, Merle from Germany, Yesoul from So. Korea, and Chala from Turkey all attended Natomas-area high schools this year.

The Council on International Education Exchange seeks Natomas-area families interested in sharing the American way of life with a high school age, foreign exchange student.

CIEE students ages 15-17 years old live with host families for either five or 10 months while attending an area high school. Host families are asked to:
  • Welcome a student into your home as a family member for one or two semesters
  • Provide a bed and bedroom (can share with same gender close in age)
  • Provide an appropriate place to study
  • Provide meals, at home and school
  • Provide necessary transportation
CIEE carefully matches students with host families and provides local support throughout their stay. For more information, visit the CIEE website here or contact contact Heidi Lattuada at [email protected] or call (916) 519-6392.
