Members of the Natomas High School boys’ varsity soccer team are celebrated Wednesday at the Natomas Unified School District board meeting.
The team defeated El Camino High School in Division III Sectionals to win the championship. The only game the team lost this season – after two overtimes and penalty kicks 1-0 – was to second-in-the-nation Jesuit High School.
