Former Kings basketball player Bobby Jackson was on hand for the kick-off assembly where each student had the chance to vote for their favorite quote and then put it in the ballot box. The Vote 4 the Quotes campaign will fund prevention programs and create public awareness in California, throughout the U.S. and internationally.

The campaign is simple, go to the vote4thequotes.org website and vote for your favorite quote. The quote with the most votes will be featured on the 2011 child abuse prevention t-shirts.
