The Kiwanis Club of Natomas is holding a a book drive to benefit the Friends Store at North Natomas Library.
All proceeds from the book drive support programs and materials for youth at the branch. The drive ends August 31.
Kiwanis will accept donated books, CDs, DVDs, foreign language and ESL materials, recently issued magazines and vintage materials.
“We are very proud to host this book drive,” said Susan Wilson of the Kiwainis Club of Natomas. “This project exemplifies the focus Kiwanis has for the youth this community. From reading with them to providing books, the goal is to assist our youth in any way.”
Donations can be dropped off at any of the following locations:
- Aim Mail Centers at 3511 Del Paso Road, #160
- Hair Phases International at 2761 Del Paso Road, #110
- PostNet at 4660 Natomas Blvd., #120
- Straw Hat Pizza at 4441 East Commerce Way
- Umpqua Bank at 2761 Del Paso Rd.
