A: A driver who doesn’t stop for pedestrians.
This vehicle was spotted by THE BUZZ speeding eastbound on North Park Drive. Not only did the driver fail to stop for the couple in the crosswalk at Banfield Drive, he/she did not even slow down and actually honked at them! The pair had to run to avoid being hit. Dang.
Were the pedestrians crossing when they weren’t supposed to be? The light in this picture is green. If the pedestrains were crossing when they had the don’t walk sign and the car had the green light then they deserved to be honked at. Pedestrians have to follow certain traffic laws as well.
The photo was taken around the corner when the driver had to pull over for an emergency vehicle.
