Sac PD Investigates Murder In Natomas

The Sacramento Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in South Natomas.

On December 15, 2009, at 9:55 p.m., the Police Department responded to the 1900 block of San Juan Road on the report of someone possibly shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male 19-years-old suffering from gun shot wounds. The male victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.


The Sacramento Police Department’s Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. Based on the investigation, detectives believe that the victim and his friend were about leave in the victim’s vehicle when three black males wearing dark clothing shot and killed the victim.
