Stanford Settlement has officially kicked off its 40th year providing Christmas baskets for its neighbors – baskets filled with food and toys for the children.
Natomas-area residents are invited to join the non-profit organization in helping families this year with contributions of cash, food, new toys, and/or time. will brighten the lives of many. Operation Cratchit gives everyone an opportunity to join in the spirit of Christmas!
Individuals, families, businesses, services groups and churches can contribute to Operation Cratchit in the following ways:
- Cash contributions to purchase grocery store gift cards for perishable food items.
- Non-perishable food items, including baby food (canned and/or packaged).
- New, unwrapped toys and/or new gift items for children and teens.
- New holiday wrapping paper.
