One day at the resource center … they had a ‘thank you’ party for all the people that work at the Natomas Police & Community Resource Center.
Here is who came: Rob Wurgler, Tristan Godt, Brandy and Bill Boyd, Maddy and Spencer Godt, Berkeley and Barcelona Boyd, and many more. Some police officers came now and later and they had a BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs, tortilla chips, fruit salad, condiments, potato salad, drinks, and a veggie plate.
The resource center has computers, a refrigerator, chairs (of course!), a restroom, and a whiteboard of duties for the workers. People who work at the resource center are greatly appreciated by many people.

Great event, perfect reporting – thank you to all the volunteers who have served over 1200 Natomas residents in the past 6 months, led by Center coordinator and yesterday’s event planner John Parrinnello of Heritage Park – an amazing man who gives endlessly to this community.
The Center and its volunteers are a true example of the tremendous spirit of Natomas.
