Volunteers are needed to help build a fence at the Natomas Rose Garden THIS SATURDAY, April 18, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2921 Truxel Road.
We need approximately 20 people for various tasks depending on skill level. Volunteers work with a team captain to carry supplies, install 2×6 fence rails and 2×2 vertical posts.
If you can provide water, coffee, snacks, sandwiches, that would be most helpful too. Bring your own tools if you have them….wheelbarrow, gloves, water, shovel, broom/rake, drill, hammer.
The Natomas Rose Garden is a community garden, funded, built and maintained by volunteers.
