Sources tell THE BUZZ that the anchor tenant spot in the Truxel Station shopping center, located at Arena and Truxel, is finally being filled.
Apparently, the empty spot next to the Wagger Pet Spa will be home to T-Mobile not a bank, as originally planned. It is uncertain when the new business will open, but contruction is already underway.
Also, we’re told the Truxel Station landlord is also paying to put together a Passport coupon booklet for all the shopping center’s tenants — free of charge.
