Less than a year after members of our community declared the need for neighborhood resource center, one opened its doors yesterday in North Natomas.
A small crowd gathered at the Town Center Shopping Center for the official grand opening of the North Natomas Resource Center. City officials on hand included Capt. Daniel Hahn, Councilman Ray Tretheway and Mayor Kevin Johnson.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the volunteer-run resource center’s opening as well as an ongoing partnership between Natomas residents and city officials.
It was a great day in Natomas!
