Oh, THAT’s confusing… The city closed its North Permit Center in Natomas nearly 11 months ago and yet the marquee at 2101 Arena Boulevard still shows it in residence.

It must be a budget saving measure to leave the sign up… confusing residents is cheaper than removing it?
What I am interested in is what are the plans for the ARCO Arena land if/when the new Cal Expo arena is built? I would love to see a giant hospital-anchored med complex there, or perhaps a university campus.
We should be talking to Mayor Johnson about this.
