We returned home tonight after being out of town nearly a week and several hours in cars, planes and airports.
All we wanted to do was pick up our mail, drag ourselves into our house, and absorb being home again.
As we turned the corner, we spotted someone’s garage door left open. The light was out, so we knew they hadn’t just parked their car and might be out any minute to close it.
Tired as my husband was, he walked over and told the homeowners about their garage door. So props to my mate!
We would want someone to do the same for us…
